About Us

Our Company

Project Ecology Online was founded in 2018 with the purpose of making a rich archive of project management, change management and facilitation resources that have been developed by experts in the field for over 20 years available to project and program managers who wish to take a more holistic view of project success and deliver projects with a high value to their customers.

Research conducted by graduate students of the Management of IT program at the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce over a period of 7 years and involving a total of 74 organizations has shown that project success comprises not only the classical process criteria of whether the project was completed on time, within budget and with its planned scope delivered. It also needs to take into account important outcome criteria, such as the use of the project deliverables by the appropriate stakeholders, growth and learning of the organization as a direct result of the project and demonstrable value to the organization in the shape of improved efficiency or effectiveness.

Our instructional videos and templates give you step-by-step tools and instructions to start your project, understand sponsor and stakeholder requirements and expectations, negotiate consensus, scope, plan and deliver your work and ready the organization to adopt project results.
